The Tourtière is a savoury meat pie, originating in the French-Canadian region of Quebec, also popular in New Brunswick and is now widely eaten across Canada.
It is traditionally served as part of the réveillon meal for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, but it can also be enjoyed at any time as the centrepiece of a meal.
Our version contains a mixture of pork, venison and veal and is seasoned with cloves and cinnamon and comes with our homemade corn relish.
To be baked at home and can be frozen before cooking.
