Austria has established itself as one of Europe’s most compelling wine-producing countries, combining centuries of tradition with a modern spirit of precision and individuality. From the steep, terraced vineyards along the Danube to the warmer, more continental landscapes of Burgenland, its wines capture a remarkable diversity of terroirs, grape varieties and winemaking traditions.
On Friday, 13 November 2026, Trivet invites you to an evening celebrating Austrian wine and cuisine.
The wine selection has been curated by Isa Bal MS and Philipp Reinstaller, exploring the character and diversity of Austria’s wine regions. From the vibrant freshness and peppery complexity of Grüner Veltliner to the mineral precision of Riesling and the depth and structure of Blaufränkisch, the selection offers an opportunity to discover the distinctive styles that have made Austria such an exciting presence on the international wine scene.
The menu, created by Jonny Lake and Philipp Reinstaller, takes inspiration from Austria’s rich culinary heritage. Traditional dishes are brought into the Trivet kitchen with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, careful technique and the balance of flavour and texture that makes Austrian cooking such a natural partner for its wines.
Join us in the Mustard Room at 7pm for an evening of thoughtful pairings, distinctive wines and convivial dining.
Tickets are priced at £145.
