This tasting will explore the diversity and character of Margaret River through a selection of wines that showcase the region's most celebrated styles. This is our annual Trivet Tasting Club BBQ: a menu created by Jonny and Adam, inspired by fire cooking and the relaxed spirit of barbecues. Drawing influence from diverse culinary traditions, the menu will showcase bold flavours, carefully sourced ingredients, and a balance of smoke, spice, freshness, and seasonality. The dishes have been designed to reflect the vibrant food culture, while complementing the distinctive character of the wines served throughout the evening.
