Laoudia, in the Santorini dialect, are the holes where hares nest and is also the name of one of Santorini’s best Assyrtikos. It is a collaboration between Yannis Tselepos and the Chrissou family, from Santorini.
The grapes come from an old, single vineyard and have undergone fermentation in clay amphoras.
This is a complex, full bodied and very textural wine.
