A classic style of Mosel Riesling produced by Maximin von Schubert, who is the 6th generation winemaker. With only 11.5% abv this wine has just a touch of residual sugar. Not enough to call it ‘off dry’, but just the right amount to balance the acidity. Classic, refreshing, crisp and light.
