‘Okuzgozu’ is an indigenous Turkish grape variety that translates to “bull’s eye”, due to it's almost black colour and larger-sized grapes.
The grape originates from Elazig but is now planted all over Turkey.
There is a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon added to this Okuzgozu which gives more structure to this fruit forward wine.
