Leaning Post is a small Niagara winery run by Ilya and Nadia Senchuk. They work with their own estate vineyard and select small growers, focusing on careful farming and simple winemaking to highlight each site.
This Cabernet Franc comes from the limestone soils of the Twenty Mile Bench and shows the clean structure typical of the area.
Its freshness and gentle savoury notes make it a good match for tourtière, balancing the dish’s richness and spices.
