Mildiani Winery was founded by four brothers in 1991. The winery is situated in the southeast of Georgia, in Kakheti.
This wine is produced using the traditional, Georgian wine-making method, Qvevri. Fermentation and ageing on the skins has taken place in clay amphoras (qvevri) for six months, plus an additional six months in French oak barrels.
