Chenin Blanc has been increasing in popularity to the point to rival Chardonnay. It is however not as easy as Chardonnay to grow or indeed to vinify. Dry, richly textured, with yellow apples, hint of honey and floral notes and medium to full body. Farming is done by biodynamic methods.
