“Crisp and lively” is the style the winemaker was looking for with this Chardonnay. It is named after Tantalus proprietor’s eldest son, Eric Savic Jr., who was known as “Bear” growing up.
From the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, this Chardonnay offers a great alternative to Burgundy. Aged in 100% neutral oak barrels, which only adds a hint of oak.
